Jacksonville Jaguars Wide Receiver Pleads Guilty to DUI Charge

Every family is touched by DUI or drunk driving cases. I have represented four (4) probation officers accused of this same crime, and even police officers, airline pilots, kids, parents, you name it; this crime touches all of us — and sometimes, far too often, it can actually affect a family for life, when it involves an accident that takes someone’s life; and then they call it “DUI Manslaughter.” Sadly, I have represented defendants who then face double digits in prison — and even victims’ families in related wrongful death cases too, resulting from these same DUI Manslaughter cases.

Bottom line: none of us can judge Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon (makes no difference that he is a football star), since this crime affects every family at one time or another. Check this out:
